About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our North Europe Operations team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis. Supporting the Regional Head of Operations Finance, Operations Directors and Regional Management team, you will provide timely and relevant reporting on all aspect of Operations. You will facilitate the reporting processes to a consolidated Regional report, and work closely with a network of operational Finance and Operation teams (Technical, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Procurement) to maintain consistency of reporting. Your remit will include but not limited to:Own the capital spend reporting and forecasting, driving accuracy through cost to complete and CAPIT reviews Provide guidance and appropriate data input when required in support of business case development, such as CAPEX requestsCompile the collection of data and creation of reports on behalf of the RegionUndertake analysis into operational (conversion) costs across the business and develop effective tracking mechanisms that focus on key areas of opportunity or riskProduct Costing & Productivity - Support benefits tracking for key projects and functional prioritiesSupport with the review and consolidation of the project forecast and O&Rs; adhere to Regional and Divisional timelines by working closely with the Regional FPA and divisional teams. About you Previous finance business partnering experience, ideally in a manufacturing environmentAccountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) preferred but not mandatoryExcellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change, have an open mind and be able to make decisions quickly in challenging situationsInnovative approach, bringing confidence to implement new ideasFluent in English and ideally at least one other European language.
